Typical scale up reactions are run in our 5 L, 12.5 L, and 22 L reactors. Monomerchem has performed multi-kilo scale work involving complex chemistry. At no additional charge to our clients, chemistry is piloted for safety, enthalpy measurements, and scale factoring data. Once we have the optimized parameters, safety factors and thermodynamics data, we efficiently translate pilot chemistry to 22 L and if necessary 50 L scales.
